Highly recommend to engage their professional service! 👍🏻👍🏻 Two of my Aircon units were not cold after couple of gas top up within a month by the previous company and the previous company proposed to change out entire Aircon System with piping. The previous company did not even propose to do air leak pressure test which Koomax guys proposed after their initial assessment. The air pressure leak test was done on compressor, fan coil units and all gas pipes. The Koomax guys will take photos on first day of the gauge meter and compare the pressure on the second or third day. The result was one of the gas pipe leaked and Koomax proposed to change out the faulty gas pipe. This helped owners to save cost just by solving the problem where it lies rather than just merely proposing change out entire systems. New piping was install with good workmanship!

I would strongly recommend Koomax Engineering Pte Ltd if you need any Aircon servicing or have any Aircon issues. As I have engaged them for their service with regards to my Aircon pipes was having a serious water condensation issues. With their professional on-site assessment, they were able to explain to me in details for the cause of my issue. FYI, prior to engage them to come for the assessment, I had engaged another 2 aircon companies which were rather reputable for assessment as I had servicing package with them but Koomax Engineering Pte Ltd was able to point out an additional cause of my issues which none of the 2 reputable had informed me about it. In the course of Koomax Engineering Pte Ltd work helping me to change to a new set of aircon pipes, I was able to see they carried out their work in a responsible and professional way as they were so prepared to ensure my things in all the bedrooms were protected from the dust or dirts. Not to forget, after the works was completed, they still do their very best to clean up the place for me. Henceforth, I'm relief and appreciate for the professionalism service provided by Koomax Engineering Pte Ltd. Lastly, their price is very reasonable. Just had my aircon serviced ytd by Koomax for the 1st time. It was great and I couldn't have asked for more. The technicians, Francis and William were quite punctual. Both of them were very efficient, professional fast and thorough. Though I paid the promo price of $28 plus 9% gst for 1 unit each, they showed their professionalism and didn't cut corners while servicing my 2 aircons. Very happy to have engaged their service. Highly recommended Koomax for those who wants a change of aircon servicing companies. And kudos to Ms Alice, the coy staff. She was so efficient too who attended to my queries.
