If you use the aircon regularly (eg. every night), it will good to service it every quarter.
Our workmanship warranty is 3 months from date of repair/service (invoice date).
Firstly, check the remote controller to see if it is in working condition, if it is not responsive try replacing the batteries. If the unit is still not turning on then it might be some parts issue which will require us to troubleshoot.
